Lee Joon Gets Serious For GQ

Heard It Through The Grapevine actor Lee Joon showed his leading man smoldering gaze in the August issue of GQ. The star participated in a black-and-white pictorial filled with classy suits, knitted cardigans, and dark dress shirts.

During the interview, Lee had nothing but praise for the cast members of his mystery period film The Piper, also known as The Guest. He stated, "I learned a lot from the senior actors. I also made a friend - Chun Woo-hee."

The former idol is slowly rising to fame as he gains critical recognition for his television and film work. Regarding his accomplishments, Lee asserted, "I have infinite confidence in myself."

However, when considering his fellow actors, Lee revealed he felt lucky for being given the opportunity to work with more established stars. He explained, "I want to walk together with actors that are near my age. Even if I'm late, I want to just be able to chase after them without being lagged behind."

Recently, Lee Joon reminisced about his Ninja Assassin acting beginnings in a candid interview for Elle. His upcoming KBS 2TV drama What's The Ghost Doing? will premier on July 31.
