Shortly after being uploaded to YouTube, a video by one of K-pop's top groups was removed after fans pointed out a mistake made by one member.

The performance version of the music video for Super Junior's latest song "Devil" was uploaded to YouTube on July 22, but was re-uploaded to the website by SM Entertainment shortly after fans realized a mistake made by Kim Heechul during one of the choruses of the song. Fans commenting on the video and on Super Junior's official Facebook grew concerned over SM Entertainment's handling of Super Junior's release.

Fans alleged that SM Entertainment, Super Junior's agency, mishandled several aspects of the group's "Devil" comeback.

The new version of the "Devil" performance was uploaded five hours after the original video was made public on YouTube, raising concern over the loss of the views counted by YouTube. In addition to editing out Heechul during one shot, the new version contained a 12+ age warning.

"After 5 hours, SM deleted and reupload [it] again," wrote Du'o'ng Nguyen Thuy on Facebook. "All of our views are gone. Damn it, SM!"

On YouTube, many fans also expressed outrage regarding the number the view count, and the fact that the mistake shouldn't have been in the original video.

"I don't want to be rude but... I mean they freaking re-uploaded it," wrote Finix Ryn. "Only God knows how many ELFs [Super Junior's fans] have watched it. Well, thank you SM for all of your hardwork, including the one week [of] promotion."

'[I'm] just here to remind you that in the EXO "Growl" official video, both [the] Chinese and Korean [versions] have visible mistakes but they still posted it," wrote akiko9chan.

In the new video, Heechul is not visible during the moment of his mistake in the new version of the dance performance video, while in the original video, Heechul could be seen performing the wrong move before realizing his mistake.
