The iPhone 7 Won't Be Launched 'Til 2016 But The Features Sound Awesome

The iPhone 7 won’t be launched until 2016.

Many Apple fans dived into the bigger Apple smartphone when the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 plus were launched in September 2014. Now, it seems that fans are already looking forward to the iPhone 7, but it won’t be launched until 2016.

According to The Week UK, the new iPhone 7 will have new features that will benefit both personal and professional customers. The new flagship smartphone will be able to merge the needs of both the business professional and a normal user.

One of the newest features is called "Force Touch." It is a pressure-sensitive touchscreen that can differentiate between a light touch and a longer, heavier press, thus add more options when it comes to using the phone.

Another feature is a dynamic home button that would increase efficiency and multi-tasking capabilities. Business Insider reported,

“On the iPhone, you can currently hold down the home button to activate Siri, double press it to see which apps are open on your phone, press the home button to return to the home screen, or hold your finger over it to authenticate iTunes purchases," as stated in the website.

"Apple has clearly already expanded the home button’s functionality beyond its basic purpose, but the new patent application describes technology that would be able to read the intricate movements of your finger — not just how hard you’re pressing.”

The software and battery upgrade is still trying to be improved as more power is needed in order to have the features work without draining all the power.

Apple Inc. is an American technology company  that designs develops, and sells consumer electronics, computer software, online services and personal computer. Its best-known products are the Mac line of computers, the iPod media player, the iPhone, the iPad tablet, and the Apple Watch smartwatch.

There is no announcement and official details on the smartphone, only that the iPhone 7 is expected to be launched in 2016.
