Chrissy Teigen is at it again. The model posted another sexy photo of herself on Instagram.

In a report on E! Online, it was mentioned that the shot was taken while the model and her singer husband John Legend were on a yacht for some needed holiday.

In the photo, Teigen can be seen soaking some sun while she was topless and had a black thong on. She also seemed to be cuddling to someone that the report predicts may be Legend.

This is not the first time that Chrissy Teigen has posted a topless photo on Instagram. Last month, she also posted a photo showing her nipple, according to the Daily Dot. It was taken down by Instagram later on as it apparently violated their nudity policy. Instagram explicitly indicated on their user policy that no amount of nudity was allowed in the platform. "You may not post violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos or other content via the Service," their basic terms implied on their website.

"We know that there are times when people might want to share nude images that are artistic or creative in nature, but for a variety of reasons, we don't allow nudity on Instagram," the social media platform also said.

"This includes photos, videos, and some digitally-created content that show sexual intercourse, genitals, and close-ups of fully-nude buttocks," it continued. "It also includes some photos of female nipples, but photos of post-mastectomy scarring and women actively breastfeeding are allowed."

Despite the take down of the sexy photo back in June, Teigen stood firm then. "The nipple has been temporarily silenced but she will be back, oh yes, she will be back," she tweeted. The next day after the photo takedown,she posted another cheeky photo of her but this time carefully placing a spray can to hide her nipple as reported by Entertainment Tonight.
