Despite having enlisted in the army for his mandatory service earlier this summer, Kim Hyun Joong continues to face legal drama surrounding his ex-girlfriend and her alleged pregnancies, assault, and subsequent miscarriage claims.

The latest update to the saga comes with the ex-girlfriend issuing a lengthy official statement that explains her side and counters the claims of Kim Hyun Joong that she was basically making up her pregnancy and miscarriage story, reports Koreaboo.

The ex-girlfriend also made public a slew of text messages she allegedly exchanged with Kim Hyun Joong, which she says provide proof that she was indeed pregnant with the idol's child during the beatings late last year, and that the said assault led to her miscarriage.

But the revelations took a more dramatic turn as the ex-girlfriend mentioned a certain "Actress C" which she claims she caught naked with Kim Hyun Joong which led to him beating her.

The text messages the ex-girlfriend presented also paint a picture of an apologetic Kim Hyun Joong, pleading with the ex-girlfriend to drop her pregnancy and miscarriage claims.

The new evidence will further complicate the legal battle between Kim Hyun Joong and his ex-girlfriend as the latter seeks to claim damages for the assault, alleged miscarriage and emotional trauma from the whole ordeal.
