U.S PopDust Praises Lee Hi, "Jazz Sound is the Best"

U.S. music magazine PopDust praised Lee Hi's new album.

Yesterday, PopDust released an article with the title, 'Lee Hi's New Song is Taking the Charts by Storm', and introduced her new album.

PopDust stated, "YG Entertainment's female solo rookie singer Lee Hi took over the charts last year with her debut album. She has now comeback with her new album, It's Over. Even with other competition around her such as 2AM and Davichi, she has still kept her place at the top of charts."

They continued, "The reason to liking her new song is simple. The song has a jazz sound that is similar to her debut song and features a jukebox feel. It is really just excellent."

Last year, Lee Hi debuted with her song, "1,2,3,4" and took over the music charts. She was called the 'monster rookie' for being so successful with her debut. Her new album features a jazz and rhythm and blues vibe that is gaining much attention to the public.

She will be releasing her other title song, "Rose," and the remaining 5 tracks from her album on March 21.

Lee Hi was a contestant on the SBS audition program, "K-Pop Star" and won runner-up. She was then scouted by YG Entertainment. She released her debut album last year and ranked number 1 in just one week.

Lee Hi, before releasing her debut album, was featured in Epik High's new song titled, "Cold."

After Lee Hi's debut, YG Entertainment made an announcement that the band, 'Su Pearls' would not be debuting and terminated their contracts.

Lee Hi has continued as a solo artist and has become one of the most successful rookies.

Many are anticipating to hear her other title song as her previous songs were all a hit.
