Actress Shin Se Kyung showed versatile beauty looks in the August issue of Cosmopolitan. The star tried smokey eyeshadow, purple-dyed tips and bright red nails to portray cute, glamorous, and funky images.

Her designer wardrobe included pieces by Sonia Rykiel, Eleven Paris and Sandro. Among her standout accessories there was a pair of Sergio Rossi Satin Puzzle sandals. The shoes have shimmering crystals stitched onto the straps, can be yours HERE and can be seen below in greater detail.

During the interview, Shin talked about her top beauty rule.

"The best daily skin care routine everyday is a good night's sleep." She said. "I manage my skin based on the season. Depending on the conditions of the day, [in] summer and winter, I need something completely different like a moisturizer or regulating sebum. But a good night's sleep is important, regardless of the season."

When the topic switched to her previous drama The Girl Who Can See Smell, Shin revealed which makeup look fit her character Cho Rim the best.

"In the drama, I wore a lot of colorful costumes for the role, I changed hairstyles, and I had to act as youthful as possible." She said. "I heard the words 'cute' and 'adorable' the most."
