TEEN TOP To Attend U.S. K-Pop Convention KCON For The 3rd Year In A Row

K-pop boy band TEEN TOP will be attending KCON 2015 in the New York City area this weekend. They are also the only the only artist to attend the Hallyu festival and convention for three consecutive years.

Due to the popularity of the event, which includes discussion panels, product booths, fan events and a star-studded concert, KCON expanded it from LA to New York and Japan this year.

The Saturday, TEEN TOP will be performing at the special Mnet “M! Countdown” concert at the Prudential Center along with AOA, VIXX and Girls’ Generation.

Last March, the group held their TEEN TOP World Tour High Kick and visited their fans in LA, New York, San Jose and Toronto.

The group's performance at KCON 2014 gained much attention with “Miss Right,” “No Kidding” as well as member Niel’s “Let’s Meet On Friday” duet with soloist IU.

At this year’s concert, they plan on performing their title track, “From Morning,” from their album which released this past June. This is the first time they are performing this song for fans in the States.

KCON is a K-pop convention that began in 2012 in California and was organized by Powerhouse Live, Mnet Media, CJ E&M and Koreaboo. They announced in April that they would make the convention bi-coastal and hold one on August 8 at the Prudential Center in New Jersey, one week after the LA convention.

Following KCON, TEEN TOP will be heading to Nagoya, Kobe, Fukuoka and other cities in Japan starting August 14 for a five-concert tour.
