While it was previously considered to be a rumor, American fans of "Show Me the Money 4" received confirmation regarding U.S. tour stops for the popular rap competition. On August 13, Mnet confirmed the U.S. dates for the upcoming "Show Me the Money 4" tour.
A report published by the Korean outlet 10Asia provided details of the tour which will initially begin with performances in Seoul and will conclude in Busan.
American audiences will have the opportunity to see performances by "Show Me the Money 4" judges including Epik High's Tablo, Jay Park, Jinusean, Paloalto, San E., Verbal Jint and Loco. Additional lineup announcements will be released, in subsequent weeks.
10Asia included a statement from a CJ E&M representative in their report. "These 'Show Me the Money 4' concerts will show the present and future of hip-hop from the Republic of South Korea," said a spokesperson for CJ E&M, the parent company of Mnet.
The "Show Me the Money 4" tour will kick off in Seoul on September 5, before traveling to the United States.
Audiences in Los Angeles will have the first opportunity to see the show when the tour takes the stage at the Shrine Expo Hall on September 10.
The tour will then travel to New York City's Best Buy Theater for a performance on September 12.
Articles published by Korean outlets including 10Asia announced ticket sales through AXS and Ticketmaster for August 15 at 10 a.m.
In addition, Powerhouse Live provided U.S. ticket information through an announcement sent to email subscribers. Tickets for the Los Angeles and New York City shows will go on-sale through Powerhouse Live on Monday, August 17 at 10 a.m.
