Rapper Simon D is dominating the music charts with his latest solo release, the self-titled "Simon Dominic."

The pre-release song comes ahead of the rapper and AOMG co-founder's upcoming solo single album and has been dominating music charts across South Korea. The song is a new version of a track that was included on Simon D's mix tape from nine years ago.

"Even in the lyrics I wrote that I have no desire of getting into top 100, Simon D tweeted with a screenshot of the chart rankings. "I love you all."

In the picture, "Simon Dominic" is ranked first on eight different music charts including MelOn, Mnet, and Genie.

Simon D, once half of rap duo Supreme Team with E Sens, was signed under hip-hop label Amoeba Culture before branching off with Jay Park to form AOMG in 2014. His pre-release track and upcoming solo project are his first attempts at leaving the legacy of Supreme Team behind him.

The full single album will be released on August 21.
