Usher has come back to backup Justin Bieber for the upcoming release of his single "What Do You Mean."

As posted on Bieber's Instagram feed, Usher can be seen talking on the phone and by the end of the clip flashes the sign that there's only ten days left before the single drops.

Prior to Usher, Hailee Steinfeld also held the sign to pump up avid fans waiting for the single to leak online. Even Today Show's hosts Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie have joined in for the tease.

Justin Bieber has been teasing the release of "What Do You Mean" for the past 20 days. He has enlisted various celebrities to endorse it including Ruby Rose, Hilary Duff, Mariah Carey, Kylie Jenner, Ariana Grande, CL and Little Mix.

Two weeks ago though, Bieber surprised his fans during the iHeartMedia Music Summit in California and had them listen to the song as reported by USA Today.

"My music is very awesome, actually," he said about the upcoming single. "I've been working really hard on it. I've been taking my time. I haven't put out an album in over three years."

"I think people want to see me fail," he added. "I've been working my hardest to not let that happen. I'm still that same kid that you guys met a long time ago. I want you guys to take this journey with me."

During a guesting on "On Air With Ryan Seacrest," Bieber revealed some details about the song and also gave a description of the song and even explained why it was titled that way.

"It's fun, it's summery," he said.

"Well, girls are often just flip-floppy," he told Ryan Seacrest about the title. "They say something and they mean something else. So ... what do you mean? I don't really know, that's why I'm asking."

Justin Bieber's "What Do You Mean" will drop on Aug. 28.
