'Expendables 4' Movie Casting News: Bollywood star Salmon Khan ("Dabangg") was reportedly offered a role in the next "Expendables" movie.

"We should do an action film together," Sylvester Stallone suggested to Salmon Khan via Twitter and added "Maybe Expendables 4″.

Khan, 49, is Hindi cinema's biggest stars. His films include "Hero", the "Dabangg" franchise, "Jai Ho", and "Kick."

The latest film in the The Expendables action-hero franchise hasn't been making as much money as the older movies. Expendables 3 only pulled in $39.3 million domestically.

The Expendables, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jason Statham, Terry Crews and Mickey Rourke debuted in 2010.

'Expendables 4' may feature Manny Pacquaio in the upcoming third sequel. Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger reportedly invited Manny to join 'Expendables 4.' Manny Pacquiao, who also works as a Congressman to Saranggani in the Philippines and coaches the Philippines Basketball Association, is reportedly interested and enthusiastic about "Expendables 4."

Arnold Schwarzenegger reportedly on Stallone's back about writing the next installment to the "Expendables" franchise.

"I just think it's a terrific franchise. I told Sly to write another one or have someone else write another one.  A really terrific story because I think it's a great idea to have an ensemble piece with many action heroes in a movie especially if the comedy is really done well. It could be a great story."

The VCPost reported that Sylester Stallone approached legendary martial arts star Jackie Chan for the upcoming action hero movie, but Chan turned the offer down. Chan might now say no to working with Stallone on a personal project though.

Hulk Hogan, who had fun with Stallone in "Rocky III," in 1982, hinted that he may be the villain in "Expendables 4." Hogan said he "Was talking on the phone with Sly [Stallone] about doing The Expendables 4."

Speaking at the Birmingham, England, for the Body Pro Expo, Hogan revealed "I was talking on the phone with Sly last night about doing 'The Expendables 4.' We're trying to figure out a way to maybe turn me into the most evil man in the world, so. You know, Stallone gave me my first break and he's been a great friend for all these years. He's the exact same guy today that he was 30 years ago."

"We had a great conversation, talking about the possibilities. Can I still run, can I still jump? Well, not as fast or not as high, but I think Hollywood could find a good stunt man to help me out."

Schwarzenegger reportedly believes Stallone might his mind about it despite its lackluster third film.

"I just think it's a terrific franchise," the former Terminator told USA Today. "I told Sly to write another one or have someone else write another one. A really terrific story. Because I think it's a great idea to have an ensemble piece with that many action heroes in a movie. Especially if the comedy is really done well. It could be a great story. There's definitely room for another one."

Hulk Hogan said the new film will have him play one of the most evil villains in screen history.
