Tinashe New Music Video For BET will Put You In A Cold Sweat; Pop Singer Tinashe Rising From The Shadows Of Nicki Minaj And Katy Perry For Hot Sophomore Album [VIDEO]

Tinashe is following up her debut album, Aquarius with a hot collection featuring collaborations with Travi$ Scott, Hit-Boy and Boi-1da. Tinashe's opened for Nicki Minaj on her "The Pinkprint" world tour and performed a dance tribute to Janet Jackson at the 2015 BET Awards. The 22-year-old is slated to join Katy Perry as a supporting act on the South American leg of her "Prismatic World Tour," beginning Sept. 29.

Tinashe's as-yet-untitled new album is tentatively scheduled for release in November. The singer already recorded thirty records for her forthcoming album. Tinashe will be working with The Weeknd collaborator Max Martin, and with Dr. Luke to help her move into world conquest.

"I don't see myself as an urban niche act," Tinashe told Billboard. "I want to have mainstream success that doesn't feel forced or label-made. I grew up in the era of steady content, every day, all day. Days off drive me crazy-I just sit around and I think about all the shit I could be doing."

Tinashe is promoting the new album with a short film called "All in Good Time. It kicks off with snippets of  "2 On" and "Pretend" as incidental music before Tinashe breaks into her new songs "Bet" and "Feels Like Vegas."

The Los Angeles-based songstress worked with directed by Stephen Garnett, who shot a hot and wet Tinashe hypnotizing the camera in an empty parking garage.

Tinashe took to Twitter to announce her "Bet" video with caption "End of an Era I."

"It's about [my label] getting it together to master my schedule," Tinashe explained to Billboard. "The old rules of 'we need to work this album for the next two years' don't apply anymore."

The new album will also hear the songs "Player," "Joyride," which was produced by Hit-Boy and Travi$ Scott, and "Party Favors" which was produced by Boi-1da.

She is expected to include collaborations with Nic Nac and Dev Hynes. Tinashe's first debut featured duos with ScHoolboy Q, Future and A$AP Rocky.

Tinashe released her first tracks since 2013's Black Water when she dropped her Amethyst mixtape in March.
