Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman's marriage seem to be stronger than ever despite a summer of divorce and cheating rumors. After the country singer revealed they "prioritize" to make their marriage work, the actress posted on social media some lines about love.
"It's a very brave thing to fall in love," Kidman wrote on Facebook. "You have to be willing to trust somebody else with your whole being, and that's very difficult, really difficult and very brave."
Her followers were quick to agree with her post and expressed their admiration for the actress. Some even wrote how she and her country singer husband were the "perfect example of a couple in love."
Surviving Hollywood's track record for divorces has made Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman a poster child for a successful marriage. But the singer himself expressed last month that making a relationship work is a decision they always choose to do.
"It's our priority, you know?" Urban told Entertainment Tonight last month. "It's what we love to do more than anything in the world."
The "American Idol" judge has been hit by cheating rumors over the summer with young singer Kelsea Ballerini. But Kidman's representatives immediately quashed the rumors by telling Mail Online that it was all "rubbish."
This is not the first time though that the couple's relationship has been challenged by circumstances. Urban admitted earlier this year that his stint in rehab for drug and alcohol addiction has affected his marriage but in a positive way.
"There were times early on when I wished I would have been sober and in recovery and everything when I met Nic and I wasn't," he told Huffington Live in January. "But the other way to look at it, which is a much better way and so true, is that we've been able to build our relationship with that... We've been able to build that together."
"That wasn't something that was in place before I met her, so there's a real power in that as well, and I think it's given us a really powerful foundation," he added.
Even Kidman recently admitted, she does not have regrets in their marriage and even gushed how much she loved the country singer.
"I looked up at him at one point and I saw his tattoos and his foot going, and he had the guitar, and I was like, 'God, I love that man,'" she told Vogue in July.
"'I'm so glad I'm in this world,'" Nicole Kidman said of her marriage to Keith Urban.
