K-pop idols love social media, and we love their updates. Here are five that every Hallyu fan must keep up to date on.

Big Bang's T.O.P's Instagram Account

 One of the weirdest, most surprising, Instagram accounts comes from Big Bang's rapper and actor T.O.P. Since opening the account, T.O.P has posted a multitude of pictures that have delighted and, occasionally, disgusted fans. He's interacted with commentors on several occasions, and it's always a bit of mind trip to look at his Instagram account.

f(x)'s Amber's YouTube Channel  

The f(x) member began an YouTube channel earlier this year featuring herself and her friends. "What The Pineapple" features Amber and her friends, including occasional K-pop idols like miss A's Min, doing... Whatever. It's a lot of good fun in between f(x)'s promotions when fans are missing Amber, and a glance into what life is like for English speakers in Korea.

Girls' Generation's Tiffany's Instagram Account  

While T.O.P posts whatever he feels like whenever, Girls’ Generation’s Tiffany offers insight into her daily life as a member of South Korea’s top girl group. She posts videos and pictures of herself and Girls’ Generation’s members while they’re promoting and hanging out together, and also shows off her favorite things, ranging fashion to My Little Pony.

 BTS's Official Twitter Account

  While everything else on this list features individual social media accounts of K-pop stars, BTS’s members post through their official account. The videos and images that they share show off the lovable, dorky nature of BTS’s members and provides a lot of fun for fans who are both new and old to the group. (The account posts in Korean, but there are multiple accounts on Twitter that translate their tweets.)

 Super Junior's Heechul’s Instagram Account

 One of the most ardently self-proclaimed self-absorbed idols, Super Junior’s Heechul posts a lot of pictures of what life is like as a senior K-pop idol group. He shares pictures and videos of his friends in all realms of the Korean entertainment industry, and is just a love-fest of SM Entertainment artists.
