Olympic skiing champion Bode Miller is suing the mother of his one month old son in a nasty custody war. Bode Miller wants a judge to force Sara McKenna to move back to California and change the child's last name from McKenna to Miller.

Bode Miller is also demanding the judge require McKenna to get written consent from Miller before taking the child out of California gain. Bode Miller lives in San Diego while his child's mother lives in New York City.

Like most celebrity custody wars this one has gotten ugly. Sara McKenna is claiming that Bode Miller is a terrible father. TMZ reports McKenna said Miller wanted her to have an abortion when he first learned she was pregnant.

Sara McKenna claims Miller is an unfit father because he resides on a yacht. She also claims Miller has a drug an alcohol problem.

Bode Miler is engaged in more than one custody war. At the same time he filed the custody suit against Sara McKenna he also filed one against a woman named Chanel Johnson.

Miller claims he is the father of Johnson's four-year-old daughter. Not only is Miller demanding sole custody he wants the girl's mother to pay him child support. At the same time Miller's wife is pregnant with their child. Miller's wife is due in August.

Bode Miller has been skiing since he was a young man. He gained national recognition at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. He has won 5 Olympic medals and is considered one of the greats in the sport.
