The Beauty and a Beat singer is being investigated for battery following a heated verbal argument outside his LA county home. LA’s sheriff department is reported to have been preparing to recommend criminal charges to be filed against the 19-year-old.

According to gossip website TMZ.com, it has been told by its law enforcement sources that investigators will refer the case to the LA County District Attorney for review once the report is complete. It will recommend that charges be filed against Bieber

The singer denies spitting on his 47-year-old neighbor or threatening to kill him after he was confronted about “reckless driving” in his Ferrari on their street.

Insiders reveal that Bieber’s recent behavior is starting to show a pattern of disregard for the law. They are concerned that he’s on a dangerous path, with these small incidents potentially leading to more serious criminal activity if not dealt with.
