Bon Jovi Hires New Guitarist Matt O'Ree For 2015 Tour! Few Shows Cancelled!

After releasing their new album "Burning Bridges," Bon Jovi is scheduled to go out on tour and with them is their new guitarist Matt O'Ree, who would take on the duties of Bobby Bandiera behind the six-stringed instrument.

According to a report from Billboard, O'Ree, who played a show alongside Bon Jovi this year in New Jersey, was handpicked by the band to tour with them and do the guitar duties.

Local radio station WRAT 95.9FM went on their Facebook account to congratulate to their local guitar hero for being in the Bon Jovi group.

"The Rat wants to send out a hearty congrats to our local guitar hero Matt O'Ree," the post saluted the new Bon Jovi guitarist. "Matt has been signed on as the new guitar player for Bon Jovi as they tour Asia and other far lands. Congrats Matt! You deserve it big time! Couldn't have happened to a nicer or more deserving guy. It helps that Matt can play his ass off!"

Meanwhile, the Bon Jovi tour is expected to kick off in Asia this month but managed to get a few speed bumps along the way.

The band's show in Shanghai and Beijing, dated Sept. 14 and Sept. 17, respectively, have been cancelled due to unforeseen reasons, the report stated.

It is still unknown if the band would reschedule the said shows but they are still expected to go around Asia until Oct. 3.
