Kim Junsu To Release Solo Album Next Month While Other JYJ Members Fulfill Military Service Requirement

JYJ's Kim Junsu (also known as XIA) doesn't plan on keeping fans waiting.

Just seven months after his last release, the singer and musical actor announced plans for a new solo album due out next month.

On Sunday, Sept. 13, a representative from Junsu's agency, C-JeS Entertainment, announced the upcoming album.

"Junsu will be releasing a solo album in October," said the representative, as reported by Soompi"The album will consist of a variety of songs, ranging from ballad to dance, that suit Junsu’s voice and the fall season."

Junsu last engaged in active promotions when he released his third studio album Flower on March 3.

Currently the other two members of JYJ, Park Yoochun and Kim Jaejoong, are fulfilling their mandatory military service duties and the group is on hiatus until they return to civilian life. Junsu is the only JYJ member who has yet to enlist.
