Rookie K-Pop Girl Group Gains International Praise For Slippery Stage Performance

G-Friend, a K-pop girl group that made their debut earlier this year, gained widespread praise from international media outlets after a video of a recent performance went viral. The video showed the members of G-Friend slipping on a wet stage during a performance of the song "Me Gustas Tu." Outlets such as Time and Mashable praised the members for their handwork and dedication, despite the idols slipping at least eight times throughout the short performance due to the stage conditions.

Super Junior Member Choi Siwon Apologizes For Offensive Tweets

Choi shared several tweets on Twiter relating to his personal beliefs and the case of Kim Davis, the Kansas county clerk who refused to issue marriage license to same-sex couples. Choi shared articles agreeing with Davis' on the grounds of religious beliefs, including tweets by a Reverend voicing claims that same sex marriage is not constitutional under American law.

Siwon later apologized, and then removed the tweet, for hurting his fans. He apologized for his insensitive judgment, and expressed that he wished to voice his opinion.

MBLAQ's Seungho Involved In Fight With J.Tune Camp Ex-Employee

On Sept. 11, an ex-employee of J.Tune Camp, MBLAQ's entertainment agency, was arrested after Seoul police received a call from MBLAQ's Seungho that he was attacked. The pair were drinking with acquaintances and allegedly got into a fight following their conversation. Media outlets initially reported that the arrested was an employee of J.Tune Camp, but the agency later clarified that the man was an ex-employee of the agency.

All charges were settled by Seungho and the other party following the incident.
