Online, “As Chace Crawford gears up for the series premiere of his new series Blood & Oil, speculation is brewing that things may be turning romantic between him and a certain co-star. Over the Labor Day weekend, the Gossip Girl alum was spotted celebrating the holiday with Rebecca Rittenhouse.”

The ex “Gossip Girl” star signed up for a triathlon recently, hinting at his self-consciousness after turning 30.

According to AZCentral, “Chace Crawford decided to train for a triathlon because he was getting bored with his exercise regime. The 30-year-old actor… revealed he decided to sign up because he wanted to try something different.”

But it wasn’t just his curiosity for a different exercise regime that he signed up for this intense race. He told People Magazine that “I also try and get in the gym four days a week, sometimes five if I hit McDonald's at the airport.”
