Big Bang's 'Loser' Becomes 1st Korean Music Video To Reach 60 Million Views In 2015

Big Bang have proven themselves as winners with their hit track "Loser."

On September 16, Big Bang's music video for "Loser" surpassed 60 million views. "Loser" is the first Korean music video of 2015 to reach this impressive milestone.

Originally released on May 1 KST, "Loser" kicked off Big Bang's long awaited return to music as a group. The track was simultaneously released with "Bae Bae" and began the trend of releasing two new title songs and music videos from May through August.

All of Big Bang's subsequent releases have also done well in terms of fan reception and numbers. Earlier this summer Big Bang took three of the top five spots for most watched K-pop music videos in the first have of 2015. "Loser" ranked number two while "Bae Bae" and "Bang Bang Bang" followed in the third and fourth place spots-and this is before Big Bang released their other four title tracks.

Comparatively, Big Bang's older hits like "Blue" and "Bad Boy" have 66 million and 69 million views respectively. Since "Loser" was released only four months ago to earn 60 million views in such a short amount of time is impressive.

This summer Big Bang fans were treated to a wide array of music from the group as part of their MADE Series release. Now, fans are eagerly awaiting the release of Big Bang's full MADE album that is hopefully set to release soon. Until then, go back to the track that started it all and help keep "Loser's" view count growing by watching the video below:
