YG Entertainment's rookie male group iKON will be holding a debut concert, and tickets were sold out rapidly.

Tickets for iKON's debut concert Showtime went on sale on Wednesday, Sept. 16 at 8:00 p.m. KST. Just hours after they went on sale, tickets were quickly sold out.

One representative from YG Entertainment revealed how iKON's debut is receiving many love from the fans, and where the group's concert will be held at.

"iKON are holding a grand scale concert at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena at the same time as their debut," said the representative, as reported by Allkpop.

"This is exceptional for a rookie group. In a short time, the tickets were sold out, which has helped us realize what a heated interest the public has towards iKON," the representative further added.

If you missed the first round of tickets, a second round will be sold on Monday, Sept. 21.

iKON's debut concert will be held on Oct. 3, at the Olympic Park Gymnastics.

iKON did release their first music video titled "My Type" on Sept. 15. The song has a smooth beat, and showcases the members soft vocals. Members B.I and Bobby worked with KUSH to write the lyrics, which B.I also took part in composing with CHOICE37 and KUSH. iKON will release their first album Welcome Back on Oct. 1.

iKON consists of members Bobby, B.I, Kim Jinhwan, Koo Junhoe, Song Yunhyeong, Kim Donghyuk, and Jung Chanwoo.
