Tonight is a big night for Trevor Noah. Today, the South African will make his premiere as host of "The Daily Show," taking over for Jon Stewart. Those are some big shoes to fill. According to TVLine.com, Trevor Noah's first guest will be comedian Kevin Hart.

Noah's premiere week lineup also includes Bumble founder and CEO Whitney Wolfe (Sept. 29), Republican presidential candidate Chris Christie (Sept. 30) and musician Ryan Adams (Oct. 1).

According to Variety, Trevor Noah's show is going to be different from Jon Stewart's "Daily Show." Noah wants to start off the season 21 premiere with a "clean slate" and without any biases in place. Noah explained to the publication that he hasn't developed the same outrage towards Fox News as Stewart had.

"I want to be in a position where I get to start off fresh," he told reporters Friday morning. "I don't have any preconceived notion of how I should feel."

"We have to expand our view," said Noah. "Sometimes, the story is made and breaks on Twitter, and we have to find a way to react to that. We have to find a way to consume and disseminate the information from Twitter, which is not an easy thing to do, because the show is used to presenting video materials back to a video audience."

Trevor Noah's "Daily Show" will also have more musical guests, to end the week on a "fun" note, and will likely have a more global perspective, given Noah's mixed background (his father is black South African and his mother is white and from Switzerland.)
