Zico of Block B and rapper Mad Clown made an appearance on the third episode of Mnet's cable TV series "Unpretty Rapstar."

During the upcoming episode to be aired on the 25th, the 11 rappers have to complete an online mission during a live broadcast. 

This episode has five rounds of 1 vs. 1 battles, with Hyorin facing off against rapper Casper. Because this mission was filmed nearly a month ago during a live broadcast, it has attracted a lot of attention. Stakes and tensions are high, because the loser in this round will be permanently off the show. 

Zico and Mad Clown were specially invited to participate as judges in the rap battle. After watching the battles, Zico and Mad Clown both mentioned their high hopes for Hyorin.

"Since Hyorin isn't an expert rapper, I wasn't expecting much from her lyrics or rhymes, but I was shocked at how perfectly her rhymes and lyrics matched," Zico stated.

Mad Clown then followed up with a prediction for the entire season saying, "I think Hyorin is a candidate for the final competition. She raps much better than I thought. One time, I was performing onstage with Hyorin when I forgot my rap lyrics. She began rapping to help me out. Even though she doesn't have much experience rapping, her lyrics are very well-written and her skills are unbelievable." 

Both judges also said that the battles of the other rappers were captivating and fun to watch. At the end, Zico stated, "Through 'Unpretty Rapstar', female rappers get a lot of attention and I find that really interesting. I feel like hip hop is becoming that much closer to mainstream pop culture."
