Cameron Diaz and husband Benji Madden continue to keep mum amid their rumors they're pregnant. The actress though continue to fuel rumors as she has been constantly covering her tummy when out in public.

In a report on Mail Online, Mrs. Benjie Madden was spotted holding her blouse close and covering her tummy as she was seen by photographers out in Los Angeles. She was with sister-in-law Nicole Richie.

Last month, reports surfaced that she was pregnant after she arrived in Los Angeles from Australia also covering what may reportedly be a baby bump.

As reported by Entertainment Tonight, Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden were tight-lipped despite the swarm of photographers that hounded them with "congratulations" and questions about being pregnant. The actress had a jacket tied to her hips and also had a jacket on at the time. She also had her bag covering her tummy.

According to a report on Ace of Showbiz, the couple were keen to purportedly keep the pregnancy quiet until the second trimester is over.

"It's no secret they've been trying for a baby for a while, and the fact she's flown out to be with him Down Under has everyone buzzing that it's finally happened," the New Idea source said as quoted by the source above.

Although Benjie Madden and his wife have yet to address the rumors, details about the rumored pregnancy, including that the actress may be carrying triplets, continue to surface. But it was reported by Hollywood Life that the actress may be expecting twins instead as Benjie Madden himself is a twin.

"Although she's just a few weeks in, Cameron is hoping her babies turn out to be a boy and a girl," the insider told the source above.  She's excited to start shopping for the nursery."

"They're being very cautious," the insider added. "She's very healthy and everything looks great so far. They're hoping for the best."

"He's so protective of her and the babies that it's hard for him to focus on anything else," the source also said about Benji Madden on Cameron Diaz's being pregnant. "He just can't wait to be a dad."
