A fan was taken in by authorities after allegedly breaking into the Jo In Sung's home and causing a disturbance. 

The 31-year old Chinese fan, referred to in Korean media reports as "A," is in custody and currently being investigated by Seoul police officers for the crime of breaking and entering. 

According to reports, "A" broke into Jo In Sung's private domicile at 12:20 AM KST on the morning of September 30.
"A," after breaking in the house, was allegedly screaming Jo In Sung's name, telling him to show himself.  

In addition, Jo In Sung's agency, IOK Company, confirmed and commented on the incident.

"It is true that his house was broken into," a representative said. "The intruder entered the house while Jo In Sung was with his family, so he was quite shocked."

The company followed up by letting the public know everyone was safe.

"Nobody was harmed," IOK confirmed.

Police are still conducting investigations to discover the exact details of the incident.
