Weekend Concert Recap: JYJ Jaejoong, Big Bang G-Dragon Heat Up Asia

Big Bang leader G-Dragon and JYJ Jaejoong heated up Asia this past weekend with their concerts.

G-Dragon held his Japan Hukuoka Yahoo! Japan Dome tour on April 6 for his solo world tour, 'ONE OF A KIND'. This was the kick off concert for his Japan portion of his tour.

He sang many of his hit songs from "Heartbreaker" to "ONE OF A KIND" and had 50,000 fans go wild. Fellow member Taeyang also made a special guest appearance at the concert as the two sang a Big Bang hit song, "Bad Boy" together on stage.

G-Dragon's solo world tour will continue on until June.

JYJ member Jaejoong held his solo concert, 'Your, My and Mine in Nanjing' on April 6 in Nanjing and met with around 4,000 fans. He held this concert right after finishing the JYJ Tokyo Dome concert on April 2-4.

His agency commented, "Even though he was on a busy schedule, he still showed his best condition on stage as he met with his fans."

On the same day, band CNBLUE held their first concert for their world tour at the Taipei Arena. They met with around 10,000 fans as they swooned the crowd with their music. They are also the first Korean band to hold a world tour as well.

Their agency commented, "Although it was raining before the concert, many fans were already waiting for them outside for 4-5 hours."

CNBLUE has successfully finished their concert and will be leaving on April 13 for their second concert in Singapore.

They will continue on to Bangkok, Seoul, Sydney and more this summer.
