Epik High And Jinusean Join iKON's 1st Concert As Special Guests

Two verteran acts under YG Entertainment came out to support their label mates iKON during their group's debut concert.

On Saturday, Oct. 3, iKON held their first official concert, Showtime, at the Olympic Park Gymnastics Arena in Seoul. The concert was available for fans around the world to stream via Naver's V App.

Hip-hop trio Epik High and legendary pair Jinusean attended the show as special guests in support of the rookie idols.

Despite the being at very different points of the careers, the older artists have continually shown their love and support for the music scene newcomers. iKON members Bobby and B.I were featured on Epik High's hit single "Born Hater" and also appeared with the group and Jinusean as part of a judges special performance on Mnet's Show Me the Money.

iKON's debut album Welcome Back and the music videos for their double title tracks ""Rhythm Ta" and "Airplane" were released on October 1. The seven-member idol group also dropped a warm-up single, "My Type," on Sept. 15 and promptly rose to the top of several major real-time music charts in Korea including Melon, Mnet, Olleh, Bugs, Genie, Naver Music, and Monkey3.
