The Star Highlights Huge Hype For Big Bang's Upcoming Toronto Concert

With tickets sold out and resale prices rising to as much as $1,000 per ticket, Big Bang's concert in Toronto this October 13 is being hyped as one of the biggest K-Pop shows ever in Canada, reports The Star.

Tickets for Big Bang's October 13 concert at the Air Canada sold for around $95 to $275 are sold out, but due to the overwhelming demand, resale prices for these highly coveted tickets have gone as high as $1,000.

"It seems like Korea finally caught up with what Toronto knew the whole time: that there's a lot of fans here," Gerald Belanger of Kpopcanada reportedly said.

The Toronto, Canada show will be the finale performance for Big Bang's ongoing North American concert tour, and is reportedly the first-ever performance for the group in Canada, which further adds to the event hype.

Big Bang kicked off their five-city North American concert tour on October 2, and for the next two weeks will be performing to sold-out shows in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Anaheim, New Jersey and Toronto.

The last time Big Bang performed in the United States was back in 2012 for their Alive Galaxy tour, and this time around fans are looking forward to seeing the quintet showcasing popular hits as well as songs from their new MADE album.
