Elizabeth Vargas Reveals Crush On Harrison Ford During ‘Good Morning America’ Interview, Making ‘Star Wars’ Star Blush [VIDEO]

ABC News anchor Elizabeth Vargas admitted her crush on Harrison Ford during a live interview on "Good Morning America" on Monday, making the veteran movie star blush.

Vargas was interviewing Ford to promote his new film 42: The True Story of an American Legend, the story of Jackie Robinson in which he plays Brooklyn Dodgers General Manager Branch Rickey.

Elizabeth Vargas told Ford, "I have a confession to make. You were very much my first movie crush."

Ford, caught off guard, simply said, "Oh?"

"In the movie 'Witness,' in that scene where you were dancing with Kelly McGillis to that Sam Cooke song up in the barn. There was an article that came out a couple of years ago when people were asked to name their sexiest scene in a movie, and I thought that was my pick," Vargas said.

70-year-old Ford smiled and said, "Well, thank you very much."

"Am I making you embarrassed?" Vargas asked.

"A little bit," Ford replied.

"Well, you're great in that, and you're great in this movie," Vargas said, turning the topic back to Ford's role in the movie as the man who signed Jackie Robinson to the Dodgers in 1947, breaking Major League Baseball's color barrier before the Civil Rights Movement even kicked off.

Vargas talked about some roles in which she'd like to see Ford in the future.

"We hope we're going to see you very soon in 'Star Wars.' Will you be great in that as well?" Vargas asked.

Ford joked, "Yeah, I'll be average."

The interview can be viewed below. Ford's latest film 42 will be released to theaters on Friday, April 12.
