Find out where to watch a free live stream online to check out Lady Gaga as the human blood-drinking character, The Countess in the "American Horror Story: Hotel" season 5 premiere tonight.

In case you can't make it to your TV by 10:00 p.m. tonight, Wednesday, Oct. 7, you can click here or here for a full live stream online free for FX to catch the "American Horror Story: Hotel" season 5 premiere.

According to TVGuide.com, the official synopsis for episode 1, titled "Checking In," reads, "In the season premiere, detective John Lowe investigates a series of murders in Los Angeles, and a peculiar tip indicates the Hotel Cortez as a place of interest."

Futoncritic.com reports an additional synopsis, which reads, "Detective and family man John Lowe investigates a chain of gruesome murders in Los Angeles. A mysterious tip points him to the enigmatic Hotel Cortez."

According to TV Guide, Lady Gaga plays The Countess, who due to an ancient blood virus craves the taste of human blood. But since The Countess isn't technically a vampire, she doesn't have any fangs. Instead, she uses a sharp-tipped glove to slit her victim's throats.

"Not since 'Murder House' has 'American Horror Story' felt so closely aligned to actual horror. The first half of the premiere plays out like a movie, as we follow two Swedish girls whose stay at the Cortez quickly goes from bad to worse to deadly. And while 'AHS' will always be loved for its campiness, it's fun to see this extravagance balanced with classic horror tropes," the article states.

Don't forget to tune in tonight at 10:00 p.m. to FX or one of the live stream links above to catch "American Horror Story: Hotel" season 5 premiere, starring Lady Gaga as The Countess.
