'Fast And Furious 8' Spoilers: Michelle Rodriguez Reveals Next Installment True To Paul Walker's Wishes

Michelle Rodriguez dished spoilers for "Fast and Furious 8" as she said the movie will go back to its roots according to Paul Walker's wishes.

The actress talked to People magazine as she shared Paul Walker's wish "to bring it back down to the core, which is racing."

"He was always complaining about the special effects and the blue screens," she said, explaining that the late actor wanted to get rid of the "exaggerated explosions and crazy plot lines."

Paul Walker died in a car crash on Nov. 30, 2013.

"I think that's what Vin [Diesel] meant when [he said] his main focus on the next one will be trying to keep it true to that car audience," Michelle Rodriguez added about the upcoming "Fast and Furious 8."

"Hopefully we'll be able to do that cause it's gotten bigger than ever and you know we also have to stay true to that so it'll be a challenge."

Vin Diesel also teased spoilers for "Fast and Furious 8" as he said that it would be a reboot to kick off a trilogy, and the location will be in New York.

"It will be the first installment in the franchise without the late Paul Walker," said Screen Rant. "And while Walker will certainly be missed, it appears a lot of the usual gang will be back, including Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham. What's not known is anything about the next film's plot."

If it's up to Michelle Rodriguez, however, she wants more female leads in "Fast and Furious 8," although the last installment featured an explosive fight scene between her and UFC champ Ronda Rousey. The only regular female cast, Gal Gadot, died in "Fast and Furious 6."

"It's a sausage factory on those sets," she said. "We could use a little feminine energy to balance it out!"

Watch out for more "Fast and Furious 8" spoilers which will be published when they become available.
