While there is a chance that Big Bang will not be appearing at this year's Mnet Asian Music Awards, the popular boy group will reportedly rock the house at the 2015 MelOn Music Awards scheduled for November 7, reports Allkpop.

An insider has divulged that Big Bang will be showing up at the award ceremonies despite their busy overseas schedules. The popular boy group has been traveling for their MADE World Tour concerts which has drawn in thousands of fans, and they most recently finished the U.S. leg of their tour.

And it seems like Big Bang may be tagging along other groups to make the upcoming MelOn Music Awards a certified YG Family party.

"Because Big Bang are confirmed to participate, it is predicted that other artists under YG will likewise take part," the insider added.

But it is important to note that neither MelOn or YG have confirmed Big Bang's participation in the music awards.

The 2014 MelOn Music Awards were held at the Olympic Park Gymnastic Stadium in Seoul and saw performances from the likes of WINNER, Akdong Musician, BEAST and IU.

Big Bang member Taeyang took home the Best Song of the Year award with "Eyes, Nose, Lips" while IU won Best Artist of the Year. Legendary group g.o.d received the Best Album of the Year award for Chapter 8.
