Despite previously complaining of being mocked by 2015 "The Bachelorette" couple Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth, Nick Viall isn't really hoping for a breakup for the two.

"I wish them the best and I hope they're one of the few success stories out there," Nick Viall told Wet Paint in a new interview. "In the case of Kaitlyn and I or Kaitlyn and Shawn, I think things worked out for the best."

Although he's not pining for a breakup, there's no love lost between Nick Viall and the 2015 "The Bachelorette" couple.

Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth dissed Nick Viall in a big way during an interview with ET as they laughed at the way he tossed the engagement ring when he didn't get the final rose in "The Bachelorette."

"We were joking that he did an underhand toss," she said. "We're like, 'Oh, we totally would have went overhand."

That joke didn't sit well with Nick Viall as he said, "I didn't actually quite notice it until [afterwards] I heard about it."

"It didn't make me feel great but you don't really know how she's going to come out, what her demeanor's going to be like. I guess I was hoping for a little bit more compassion," he said.

In the Wetpaint interview, Nick Viall admitted that he has not talked to "The Bachelorette" couple.

"I haven't reached out to either of them, they haven't reached out to me, and we haven't randomly run into each other," he said.

Wouldn't that be awkward considering the comments Shawn Booth and Kaitlyn Bristowe made against him?

"I don't think it would be awkward for me. I can't speak for them. I've moved on," he said.

The 2015 "The Bachelorette" couple has been the subject of several breakup rumors allegedly due to his cheating ways. There was also the rumor that Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth already broke up months ago but had to keep appearances according to the contract they signed for the show.
