Dylan Penn has spoken up about the rumors that dad Sean Penn and his ex-wife Madonna may be getting back together. The rumors have been swirling since the "Milk" actor continue to follow the Queen of Pop in her "Rebel Heart Tour."

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Dylan Penn said it's "sweet" that her dad and his ex-wife have been spending time together. But she also clarified that there's nothing more to it but just hanging out.

"I think he just really admires her work," the younger Penn explained to the source above. "They're just really good friends and [I think] it's sweet that they can have this relationship."

As the young actress admitted she approved of the platonic reconciliation of Sean Penn and Madonna, she also shared that she has had the chance to meet the Queen of Pop.

"It was kind of surreal to meet her," she said as quoted by People. "Like, my dad's ex-lover."

In a "Rebel Heart Tour" stop in Brooklyn, New York, the singer herself acknowledged the fact that the "Milk" actor has finally appreciated her work after three decades as told by Mail Online.

"I did a show at Madison Square Garden the other night if you heard about it," the Queen of Pop said last month. "And my ex-husband was there! Could you imagine?" 

"Anyway, after the show he wrote me a letter and said he finally appreciates my art," she added. "And that is what I have to say about marriage, OK? Thirty f--king years later."

Rumors about Madonna and Sean Penn got strong just last month. As reported by Us Weekly, he was spotted at the "Rebel Heart Tour" Madison Square Garden stop in September. Then, just a week ago, the "Milk" actor was once again seen at her concert in Vancouver, Canada sitting beside Amy Schumer and taking some shots with the singer during the show.
