Former Girls' Generation member Jessica Jung was spotted in Beijing, China earlier this week shooting for a new movie titled Love Parcel, reports The Korea Herald.

Jessica was seen filming scenes with Hong Kong singer-actor William Chan (Chen Wei Ting) on Tuesday, October 27. As a relative newcomer in movies, the Chan reportedly helped out Jessica as she delivered her lines in Chinese.

Jessica's role in the romantic comedy has not been announced yet, but the film began shooting back in September and more details should be announced as the 2016 release year nears.

Ever since departing from the popular girl group Girls' Generation last year, Jessica has been exploring a wide variety of creative activities, including acting and fashion designing.

Jessica is currently the managing director for Blanc & Eclare, a fashion brand that has seen quite the success. A new winter collection will be launched in the coming months. Jessica and her rumored boyfriend and business partner Tyler Kwon have also announced plans for a Blanc & Eclare cosmetic line, clearly capitalizing on the buzz surrounding the brand especially among young Asian women.

Jessica has also been focusing on China when it comes to her efforts to build a solo entertainment career. On top her new movie Love Parcel, there are reports of the singer putting together a Chinese solo album.
