The Zac Efron titanium plate-infused hand may have plates and screws involved in it, but it did not deter one of the Hollywood’s youngest heartthrobs to go back to work. Gossip blog featured Zac Efron heading back to a shoot, filming The Townies.

Even with the metal holding his hand together, the leading man is “pretty much back to normal.”

He was seen arriving in Los Angeles from the Tribeca International Film Festival in New York, keeping his injured hand firmly hidden. The Lucky One star was staying casual as he jetted back to the west coast in a beanie hat and backpacks, according to MSN Celebrity.

The 25-year-old actor attended the premiere of his film “At Any Price” where his comments on having jitters while filming a sex scene with co-star Heather Graham had been a source of charming read the past weekend.

Efron said that he had the biggest crush on Graham and have always thought of her as the perfect girl and only wanted to get the sex scenes right for her. The actress, impressed and amused by the idea, humorously commented on the issue saying how it was funny that she suddenly became a sex expert on set.
