Big Bang G-Dragon, despite his ankle injury, continued to perform at his solo world tour concert and successfully finished his performance.

He took over the stage while using his cane at the Osaka Kyocera dome concert and had fans tearing up at his passionate performance.

G-Dragon had twisted his right ankle, making it hard for him to walk properly. Although he was in pain, he still went on with his concert on April 28 at the Kyocera dome.

YG Entertainment stated that G-Dragon used a segway machine and a cane to perform on stage in order to finish his concerts on time. He had gotten hurt the day before his performance and had been recommended to rest for 2 weeks, however, he stated that he did not want to break the promise with his fans and continued to perform.

One official commented, "His ankle had been twisted so bad that his ankle was swelling up. We were amazed to see that he did not once wince during his concert and made us all so surprised at his passion and willpower."

Fellow members Taeyang and Daesung, who appeared as guests at his concert, helped make the concert heat up even more as well. They all came on together and sang a Big Bang song and melted the hearts of 50,000 fans.

YG also stated that this day was the day his injury would hurt the most but starting on April 29, it will slowly begin to heal.
