Big Bang's Album Sales, World Tour Earn Them A Cool $128 Million In 2015

Big Bang's total income for 2015 has been revealed. 

On Dec. 14, tvN's "The List 2015" revealed which Korean entertainment celebrities received the highest income in 2015. Big Bang came in at No. 3 on the list, only placing behind 2nd and 1st place actors Hwang Jung Min and Yoo Ah In, respectively. 

According to the program, Big Bang earned nearly 12 billion won (10 million USD) from albums and online sales. However, the vast majority of the group's income was from performances on their world tour, which amounted to a staggering 140 billion won (120 million USD). 

Adding up these figures, Big Bang acquired a massive total of 128 million USD over the course of the year. 

Big Bang's MADE single album series was released over the course of several months and has sold a total of 13.3 million album copies to date. The music videos for the project have also reached over 354 million collective views on Youtube as of Dec. 11.

Big Bang was the only idol group to make the list; the other positions were dominated by actors.
