The list of A-List artists at the first-ever Social Star Awards in Singapore continues to grow.

Organizers announced Thursday that Carly Rae Jepsen and Sky Blu Of LMFAO have been added to the May 23 ceremony, which aims to honor achievement in social media.

"Our Social Star Awards and Singapore Social events later this month celebrate the biggest and best of global social media, and we're delighted that these two acts, who between them have tens of millions of online fans and have amassed literally billions of views on YouTube, are going to be here in Singapore at the very heart of it," reads a statement from promoters Paul Morrison and Drew Thomson.

The bill for the Social Star Awards already includes several top U.S. acts including former Gnarls Barkley frontman and judge of NBC's "The Voice," CeeLo Green and American classic rock band Aerosmith.

K-pop's favorite "Gentleman" Psy will also be performing, as well as the girl group Blush.

"These events are bringing something totally unique to Singapore," Thomson adds.

"This is a truly unique chance to party like a rockstar at the biggest weekend of live entertainment ever to happen in Singapore."

And if you thought most awards shows were long, the Social Star Awards are taking it to another level.

"The Social Star Awards will be a unique 24 hour event with an incredible 288 awards (one every 5 minutes) presented to the biggest stars and brands across the world," reads a recent press release. "At the Social Star Awards the world will shine a spotlight on Singapore to discover the world's most popular stars in social media globally over the past 12 months in this 3-hour celebration."

Canadian singer Carly Rae Jepsen shot to international fame with her 2012 Grammy Award-winning Song of the Year "Call Me Maybe."

The song remained number one on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart for nine weeks, selling ten million copies worldwide.

In addition to performing at the Social Star Awards, as one half of musical duo LMFAO, Sky Blu is nominated in the best group category.

The grandson of Motown founder Berry Gordy, Sky Blu formed LMFAO with his uncle Redfoo. Their song "Party Rock Anthem" which reached number one on the pop charts in 11 countries including the US, UK, Canada and Australia.

But the list of A-Listers, who will presumably be performing during the three-hour celebration, is still growing promoters say.

"We are not finished yet so keep your eyes and ears open for some announcements shortly about more huge stars coming to town," Morrison said.

Vice President of Marketing at YouTube Danielle Tiedt is pleased the popular website is streaming the Social Star Awards

"YouTube has worked hard over the years to connect fans with the creators they love," Tiedt said.

"We've helped fans discover new artists and creators and we've helped creators discover new audiences and go global quickly. In 2012, Carly Rae Jepsen and Psy were able to use our platform to share their music across the world. And we look forward to showcasing their talent, as well as that of the other Social Stars, live on YouTube at this year's Social Star Awards."
