Amanda Bynes Said New Image Modeled After Blac Chyna: Famed Stripper Is Inspiration For Troubled Actress Post-Surgery Look

Amanda Bynes drastic new image has once again captured the imagination of the entertainment press for good or for bad. Her new look, however, though praised by the Kardashian sisters and fans, isn’t as original as it may seem, reports Fox News Entertainment.

Bynes isn’t afraid to admit the perception. In a rare interview with InTouch, the troubled actress-turned-Twitter-sensation shared that her ultimate reference for her new style is famed stripper Blac Chyna.

Like Chyna, Bynes has two shiny studded cheek piercings and sports a bleach blonde hair. The 27-year-old former Nickelodeon star is also often photographed wearing heavy eye makeup, similar to Chyna’s.

On Sunday, the former actress revealed that the reason she only likes recent photos of herself is because she had plastic surgery.

Bynes tweeted from her well-publicized Twitter account, @AmandaBynes:

“The reason I've asked all magazines and blogs to stop using old photos of me is I don't look like that anymore! I had a nose job to remove skin that was like a webbing in between my eyes. I wasn't going to tell anyone, but I look so much prettier in my new photos that I don't want old photos used anymore!”

In the past, Amanda Bynes has complained about photos of her that some publications have used. She divulged that her fixation with her image is tied to her eating disorder.

Last April 17, she tweeted at a media outlet that posted an image of her that she didn’t like, saying “...I look fat in that photo you chose, which doesn't help my eating disorder."

She also explained, “I feel pregnant when I’m fat! I’m working out constantly.”

Amanda Bynes first began acting in commercials at the age of 7 and was thrust into the limelight when she later became one of the stars of Nickelodeon’s comedy show “All That.” The young star then had her own show at the network, “The Amanda Show” from 1999-2002. Since then, however, her acting career has waned, with her last major role being in the film “Easy A” co-starring Emma Stone and Penn Badgley. Prior to that she appeared in films “What A Girl Wants” and “Hairspray.”

Despite concerns about her behavior, she said that there is “NOTHING wrong” with her and that she intends to launch a fashion line soon.
