Big Bang member G-Dragon's (Kwon Ji-Yong) growing popularity in China knows no bounds, as the star has recently been ranked as one of the top 10 most influential celebrities in China.

According to poll results released by Chinese media outlet Sina on Tuesday, Mar. 22, the Big Bang leader took the spot of No. 3 spot of the most popular celebrity in China, beating out former EXO member turned soloist, Luhan, and a host of other popular Chinese stars including Li Yifeng and Yang Mi.

G-Dragon is the first international star to be placed within the top 10 of Sina's "Most Influential Stars" rankings, showing the massive reach of the Hallyu wave in China.

The data used to decide the rankings were gathered from a variety of sources, including search results from Chinese social media site Weibo, fan engagement, influence of the star, and other factors.
