Following Rihanna's second official split from singer Chris Brown, the superstar has gone back to her old ways.

Her recent Instagram and Twitter activities show the singer is not wilting away from the spotlight following Brown's confirmation of their split earlier this month.

According to The Huffington Post, Rihanna channeled Marilyn Monroe in recent posts that showed off her derriere.

But even more tantalizing is Riri's Wednesday post, which featured a "denim thong" and not much else, reported Jezebel.

While most consider this par for the course for the sexy diva, others are concerned with Rihanna's recent behavior.

They allegedly split after she discovered Brown secretly partying with ex-girlfriend Karreuche, reported Entertainmentwise.com.

"Pals have told Rihanna not to get upset about Chris and Karreuche," said a source to Insider.

"They think the best revenge would be living well and looking good, but so far Rihanna's answer has been to party the pain away. It's understandable that she'd want to escape her feelings on this but she's taking it way too far. Everyone around her wants her to get some help. They're genuinely worried about her."

After Rihanna's violent incident with Chris Brown on February 8, 2009, Rihanna ventured to a dark yet sensuous phase that culminated in the release of her four album "Rated R."

The recent activity, however, would be hard to spot, as the singer quickly removes the more explicit photos immediately after posting them.

Fans of the pop diva might see history repeating itself in the coming days.

"She's not in a good place and looks like she's self-destructing," said the inside.

"Her friends are really worried about her and think she needs to take time out to detox and refocus."

Rihanna is currently traveling for her "Diamonds" world tour.
