Jungkook of the K-pop phenom BTS has just turned 22 last September 1. And as a member of a superstar boy band, but it is unsurprising if armys would send Twitter frenzy as they pour out heaps upon heaps of messages.

But what made his special day even more special -- and his fans even more static -- is international pop star Justin Bieber sending out his birthday greeting himself.

On his Twitter account, the “Love Yourself” singer posted: “Happy bday #JUNGKOOK. They ain’t ready :) now watch this tweet go crazy.

The tweet has since garnered over 800k likes and 300k retweets as of writing. Fans have also flooded the post with replies ranging from cutesy memes to heartfelt appreciation.

Thank you so much for wishing him on his birthday! He’s already happy on his amazing day and would [even] be [happier] to see this,” a Twitter user named @snowberryKook shared.

The post has also been retweeted by Jungkook, who has always been vocal about how he regards Bieber as one of his favorite singers.

Apart from Bieber, Nicki Minaj also greeted the BTS member when a fan asked for it on a comment on Instagram.

Earlier in the day, Jungkook has taken over Twitter as several hashtags relating to his birthday trended worldwide, including #HappyBirthdayJungkook and #GoldenJungkookDay.

To show his appreciation, he also took to Twitter to give back the overwhelming love and support he has been receiving. He posted a selfie accompanied by a short-yet-sweet caption: “Thank you for making me happy.

He also shared a snippet of his upcoming English-language track.

When I see you smile on the screen, you’re good at everything, you’re just perfect/ Feels like I’ve never been you,” the 22-year-old muses in the keyboard-driven single.

In celebration of his birthday, Jungkook also received warm greetings from his fellow BTS members.

Jungkook, happy birthday! I sincerely wish you a happy birthday. I hope you eat lots of delicious things, and you live a long and healthy life,” Jimin said in a video.

J-Hope, on the other hand, wrote, “Lots of love to our youngest.
