Taeyeon's father passed away today. E-daily reported that the K-pop's parent suffered from acute myocardial infarction. This must have been the saddest birthday for her, as she is also celebrating her 31st natal day.

In light of this, the Girls' Generation leader's solo comeback is expected to be postponed. According to sources, she is currently preparing the funeral of her father that will be held in a private gathering within the family.
