BTS V Selected as The Male Idol People Want to See The Moment They Wake Up

According to the results from the popular voting application, Choeadol, who recently help a poll titled "Who do you want to see first when you wake up?", V is the male idol people would not mind seeing when they wake up in the morning. Over 108,000 people participated in the poll, with V taking in more than 40,000 of the votes. The poll was held from Dec. 30, 2020, to Jan 6, 2021.

People who participated in the poll could not help but gush over V, saying that with the idol's sunshine-like beauty and bright smile, it would be no problem starting the day lively and refreshed if he was there to greet you a "good morning:"

On top of his stunning appearance, people could not help but imagine his soft and sweet voice when he greets you good morning. As V is already known for his deep timbre when he sings and his husky voice when he speaks, fans can only daydream about how rough yet gentle his voice must be when he wakes up. Talk about dreamy!

Many people who took part in the polls have left comments saying that they would be happy to see V during any time of the day. Others commented that it would be like heaven if they were to see V's face once he is newly awoken, with people adding that they would not mind waking up in the morning, People also said that the morning they wake up with V next to them will be the best morning of their lives.

BTS is scheduled to attend the 35h Golden Disc Awards on Saturday, Jan. 9, and Sunday, Jan. 10.

2020 was quite the jam-packed year for not only V but for BTS as a whole. On Feb. 21, they released their fourth Korean studio album, "Map of the Soul: 7" with the lead single "ON". The album includes their pre-release single "Black Swan", which dropped a month prior. The album ended up becoming the best-selling album in South Korean history and is the first album to be certified Quadruple Million on the Gaon Charts. "Map of the Soul: 7" debuted at the top of the US Billboard 200 charts.

On Aug. 21, BTS released their first-ever all-English single, "Dynamite". The song debuted at the top of the Billboard Hot 100, making it BTS's first-ever chart-topper. "Dynamite" also marked the first time a South Korean musical act ever had a number-one single in the United States. It also topped the Billboard Global 200 and Global Excluding US. The song bagged them a Grammy nomination at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards for "Best Pop Duo/Group Performance". BTS earned their second number one hit in Oct. 2020 with their remix of Jawsh 685 and Jason Derulo's "Savage Love (Laxed - Siren Beat)".

On Nov. 2020, BTS dropped their album "BE" with the title track "Life Goes On". The song debuted at the top of the Billboard Hot 100, making it BTS's third number one in three consecutive months. It is also the first song that is sung primarily in Korean to ever hit number one in the United States.
