Clio to Continue Stray Kids Modeling Activities as Seven Members While Hyunjin Is on a Hiatus
Clio announced that they would continue with Stray Kids modeling activities as seven members, except Hyunjin, who is currently on a hiatus following his bullying controversy.
On March 8, Clio, the Seoul-based makeup brand endorsed by K-pop group Stray Kids, announced that the group would temporarily proceed as seven members with their modeling activities, excluding Hyunjin, who was involved in a bullying controversy.
Clio Will Temporarily Exclude Hyunjin in Stray Kids Modeling Schedules and Activities
In particular, Clio released an official statement on its official SNS saying, "We decided to continue the modeling activities of Stray Kids with the seven members who are currently active after consulting with our agency/affiliated company."
In addition to this, the makeup brand clarified its initial statement and said, "The contents of the lawsuit-related article are a misrepresentation that has not been discussed internally, and we apologize for the inconvenience as it is not a smooth process until we inform you of the final content."
Here's the full text of Clio's official statement:
"After consulting with the agency, Clio decided to continue the modeling activities of Stray Kids as seven members who are currently active.
In addition, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the fact that the contents of the article on the lawsuit have not been discussed internally."
Shortly after, Clio dropped official photos of the current active members' Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N, flaunting their fresh visuals.

Clio Initially Deleted and Announced Stray Kids Promotion Following Hyunjin's Bullying Controversy
Meanwhile, Hyunjin was embroiled in controversy when a netizen who previously said they were middle school classmates revealed that they had been bullied by Hyunjin during his school days.
On March 1 then, Clio deleted content related to Hyunjin and Stray Kids and announced as well that they would be halting the group's promotions as their brand ambassador while waiting for the truth to be unveiled. Clio said,
"We immediately stopped all promotional activities related to the model right after the controversy. When we heard that it would take longer to find out the clear facts from the model's agency, we asked domestic and foreign partner officials to stop using the content and stop linking the model."
They added, "All contents related to the Stray Kids model that were uploaded before the current issue occurred have been deleted except for some overseas distributors."
Prior to this, the agency of the male idol, JYP Entertainment, stated on Feb. 27 that Hyunjin would be taking a break from all of his schedules and activities related to Stray Kids. The indefinite hiatus statement was released the day after Hyunjin admitted to the accusations and apologized to his fans and the people who were hurt by his acts.
