As of writing, the hashtag is trending at No. 1 in the Philippines and Thailand, No. 2 in Singapore and Vietnam, No. 3 in Malaysia, No. 8 in the United Arab Emirates, No. 9 in New Zealand, and No. 27 in Panama.

"OurGemLalisaDay" is another hashtag fans trended on Twitter worldwide to show their love and give their greetings to BLACKPINK Lisa. It had more than 830,000 tweets, making it ranked second on the platform. BLACKPINK's management agency YG Entertainment also greeted their artist through their social media accounts.

Additionally, the Philippine telecommunication company, Globe Telecom, also greeted the K-pop idol via Twitter. BLACKPINK is the newest endorser of the local agency.
