BTS Jimin Diet Plan 2021: 'Dynamite' Singer Committed this Common Mistake When Trying to Lose Weight

BTS member Jimin remains to be one of the most influential male K-pop idols today. Most, if not all fans, adore the South Korean star for his excellent talent in singing and dancing. Not only that, because he is also known for having good looks and a fit body.

BTS Jimin's Diet Plan Revealed

Jimin has been the talk of the town because of his well-toned abdominal muscles. Though he enjoys being the "abs-pillar" of the world's biggest boy band, the BTS member had to go through a harsh diet to achieve his current body.

Reports have it that the "Life Goes On" singer adopted the so-called "Jimin diet," which is simply restricting himself to eating only one meal a day for a total of 10 days. Jimin, previously revealed that he wanted to look better after seeing himself in the mirror while having their regular dance practice.

Jimin, then, decided to restrict himself from eating big amounts of food and limit it to one meal daily. However, the BTS member, reportedly, had a hard time doing it as faints at times because his body failed to get enough energy to support him in his activities.

There were also claims saying that Jimin tried another diet that involved eating two chicken breasts daily. Though the BTS member survived doing it for a year, it was later found out that he experienced malnutrition since he only gets limited number of vitamins and minerals from his restricted diet.

Studies claimed that starving yourself is bad for weight loss as it has far-reaching negative effects on the body. It does not only change metabolism as it also reduces lean muscles, bone density and overall strength.

Experts suggested that the best way to maintain a healthy body is having a healthy diet, exercising regularly and having enough sleep. Of course, do not forget to drink lots and lots of water throughout the day.

BTS Jimin Hosts Spontaneous Car Karaoke Session

Meanwhile, Jimin, alongside Jin, surprised ARMYs with a spur-of-the-moment music session during their car drive recently. The singers shared a serios of videos on Twitter, singing some of their chart-topping tracks while riding in a car.

Jimin kicked off the impromptu car karaoke session by singing "Dynamite." The idol sang the first few chorus lines of the song before transferring the camera's focus to Jin, who completed the verse.

  After ending the first video, Jimin started singing "Blue & Grey," which is another track from their "BE: Deluxe Edition" album. He and Jin, then, followed it up with "Moon," which is part of their "Map of the Soul: 7" album.

The session did not end there as Jimin and Jin continued singing "Telepathy" and "Filter." The pair, then, sang "Life Goes On" and ended their session with "Dis-ease." All clips, which were uploaded on Twitter, effortlessly generated millions of likes, which proved how influential and famous these BTS members are.
